Event Management

Need help planning a virtual event? Hoping to professionalize your trainings?

Providing event management and support for events of all sizes, from multi-day in-person or virtual conferences to fundraisers to small group training, and everything in between.

Past events include:

  • High school graduation with reception

  • Four annual DC Charter Conferences and ten annual DC Data Summits, including virtual events in 2020, the largest ever gatherings of DC charter stakeholders. Conferences involved over 600 attendees, 60 presenters, and 30 sponsors. 

  • Eight fundraising galas, with high profile keynote speakers and guests, over $100,000 in proceeds annually, and flawless logistics. 

  • Numerous smaller events, workshops, and trainings, for groups from 10-100.

Strategic Support

No time to take on an extra project? Need a trusted partner to support an aspect of your work?

Offering strategic support, project management, and other special projects to provide additional capacity to school leaders, education stakeholders, and other non-profit organizations.

Past projects include:

  • Managed facility acquisition working group for multi-campus DC charter school.

  • Provided procurement support for large contracts, including regulatory compliance.

  • Coordinated various strategic planning processes, including the successful merger of FOCUS with the DC Association of Chartered Public Schools, which created the DC Charter School Alliance. 

  • Created and managed corporate Real Estate Council and advisory board, providing services to the charter sector and organizational funding.

  • Built student internship program.
